LEOcloud and CommStar announced they have signed a memorandum of understanding in which they will jointly develop advanced cloud computing services for governments and commercial customers in Cislunar, as well as around and on the lunar surface. Developing such a critical infrastructure requires low latency and high speed connectivity.
