Huawei partners with CSA to strengthen cyberspace and promote cybersecurity awareness among local businesses


SINGAPORE, October 7, 2021 / PRNewswire / – To help businesses, organizations and enterprises to Singapore strengthen their cybersecurity posture, the Cyber ​​Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) launched its new SG Cyber ​​Safe partner program during Singapore International Cyber ​​Week (SICW) 2021, where the world’s leading ICT provider Huawei is one of the “Advocate” partners.

By joining the program as an Advocate, Huawei will benefit from a stronger and deeper level of collaboration with CSA, through co-development and corporate outreach programs that complement SG Cyber ​​Safe initiatives. Huawei will work with CSA to jointly host webinars for local businesses on critical cybersecurity topics, such as backing up and protecting corporate data. To educate local businesses and the wider community about cybersecurity, Huawei will also develop informative social media content that will be posted on the company’s Facebook and LinkedIn channels in Singapore.

As part of this collaboration, Huawei is also participating in industry consultations with CSA to provide feedback on CSA’s proposed approach for the SG Cyber ​​Safe Trustmark and Cyberhygiene Mark.
